2.2. Return products: You must return products to us no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision. You must pay the shipping cost of the message.

  1. Condition of returned products

To ensure that we process the message and return the money, the products must meet the following criteria:

  • Product must be in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
  • Product must be in resalable condition.
  • Seals, markings and packaging must be intact and unaltered.

When we receive returned products, we evaluate them. If a product meets the criteria mentioned above, we will process your refund as follows:

4.1. We will refund the purchase price, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

4.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase, unless you agree to a different payment method.
