Shipping methods 

At Rakspiri.is we offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Here are the shipping methods we offer:

1. Standard shipping: Standard shipping is the most economical way to get your order delivered to your door. Time may vary, but it usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

2. Home delivery: In the Capital Area, we offer free home delivery on all items for orders over 30,000 ISK

 Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated based on the selected shipping method and the delivery location of the order. The exact shipping cost is displayed when you want to complete your purchase before you confirm it.

 Processing time

Usually, the processing time for an order is 1 to 2 business days depending on when payment is made. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 Search for your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In that email, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of the shipment.

 Undeliverable shipments

If your shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, or other reasons, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, you are responsible for paying all additional shipping costs to resend the shipment.
